Report: NCAA Investigating West Virginia Football Program
According to a report, the NCAA is investigating West Virginia University for potential rules violations.
Rich Rodriguez, coach at Michigan for two seasons, served as West Virginia's coach for seven years, ending in 2007.
The NCAA has alleged Michigan violated practice-time rules under Rodriguez. The school's penalty will be announced later this year.
