Some years, Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez goes to the Big Ten spring coaches meetings with a topic of interest or a proposal of some sort.
Monday and Tuesday in Chicago, he expects the topic will come to the coaches, not from them.
And that topic will be Big Ten expansion.
