Red Wings Sign GM Ken Holland, Assistant GM Jim Nill To Contract Extensions
The two chief architects behind the Red Wings' massive success over the past decade have received contract extensions that will keep them in Detroit through the 2015-16 season.
The team announced today that general manager Ken Holland and assistant general manager Jim Nill received five-year extensions. Each has a year left on his current contract.
