Eastern Michigan University will host an open casting call Monday for the TV reality show “America’s Next Top Model,” seen on CW50, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’ll be at the EMU at the EMU Student Center.
CW50 is looking for local women ages 18-27 who are 5-foot-7 or taller to represent the Metro Detroit area. About 600 women are expected to compete in this casting call.
“Eastern is glad to play host to this event,” said Walter Kraft, vice president of communications at Eastern. “Our students can participate, and we also will have a handful of volunteer opportunities to work at the event from CW50 for students from our media program.”
The next cycle of America’s Next Top Model premieres on the CW Network on Sept. 8 at 8 p.m.
Application and eligibility requirements for the casting call can be found at http://www.cw50detroit.com/
