Troy Man Charged In Teen Overdose
One person is behind bars in connection with the death of an Auburn Hills teen.
Police said 17-year-old Zachary Clark died back in May after overdosing on heroine. Twenty-one-year-old Troy resident James Lytle has been charged in the case.
Police said an investigation determined that Lytle was a party at Sheffield Estates Mobile Home Park that aided Clark in obtaining and consuming the controlled substance.
Lytle, with his attorney, turned himself in on Thursday, July 22.
He was arraigned, given a $15,000 10% bond, and sent to the Oakland County Jail.
If convicted, Lytle could face a life sentence.
