Energy Optimization participating utilities are continuing to spread the message about saving money, saving energy, and saving the environment by using energy-saving light bulbs.
To help customers make the switch from incandescent bulbs to compact fluorescent light bulbs, the utilities are giving them away. Each residential customer is eligible for nine free CFLs.
