Still No Verdict In Road Rage Case
Jurors deciding the fate of a Farmington Hills man accused of felonious assault in a road rage shooting will return to Oakland County Circuit Court for more deliberations Monday.
28-year-old Carl Mintz is charged with felonious assault and felony firearm for shooting a man in the arm in April on Orchard Lake Road. Mintz has claimed he was acting in self defense when the man approached his car and started threatening him.
Jurors started deliberating late Tuesday.
