Adtegrity.com Profit Rises Despite Lower Sales

Grand Rapids-based Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY) Wednesday reported net income of $73,861 in the second quarter ended June 30 on revenue of $2.59 million.

The net income is up from $66,750 last year, but revenues were down from $2.79 million in the second quarter of 2009.

"We are looking forward to the second half of 2010 as Adtegrity shifts its operations to a new structure using three different bidding platforms, which we expect will increase efficiency across the entire company," said Adtegrity.com president and CEO Scott Brew. "We have also completed the move of our headquarters to downtown Grand Rapids, and are optimistic regarding our ability to return to a growth mode in the next 12 months."

Adtegrity.com's primary business is the delivery of interactive advertising and marketing services. Adtegrity reported serving more than 15 billion ad impressions during the second quarter with 25 million click-throughs and 560,000 conversion events.
