College Application Submits To Multiple Colleges

High school seniors have long dreamed of filling out one application for college, and submitting it across the country. Well, that dream is closer than ever, as the Common Application allows students to apply to over 400 colleges using the same form and information.

The Common Application process only includes colleges and universities that require an essay, so that students using it can be assured that someone is looking at their whole academic record, not just grades and test scores. This means, however, that many larger state schools and community colleges do not use the Common App, and would have to applied for separately.
