I believe the Michigan/Ohio State game should remain the last regular season scheduled game but that would require them to be in the same Big 10 Division.

If they end up in different divisions, then the Big Ten is doing a dis-service to all the other schools if they make this a yearly game. The Big Ten would potentially lose students looking to go to say Iowa or Penn State if they risked playing for 4 years and not going up against either Michigan or Ohio State.
