Free Online Math Guides

Summer is just about over, and this means a return to math homework for many families. The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics is the leading group of math educators nationwide, including more K-12 math teachers than any other organization.

Their website, at nctm.org, offers parents some free guides to helping kid achieve in mathematics, and what families can help their children achieve.

The website includes activities, advice from other parents, as well as links to resources at the elementary, middle and high schools levels.
