Automation Alley Welcomes 19 New Members in August

Automation Alley, Michigan's largest technology business association, announced that 19 new members joined the organization in August.

"Companies in Southeast Michigan continue to find value in Automation Alley," said Ken Rogers, Automation Alley executive director. "The new companies that joined last month will have the opportunity to take advantage of the many benefits Automation Alley offers, including networking, events, and a vast variety of online tools. We're proud to offer services that assist Southeast Michigan companies in their efforts to grow."

In addition, Automation Alley's Web site welcomed a host of international visitors in August. Top views came from the Philippines, while Canada and India followed behind for a collective 475 visits. Users in the cities of Troy and Southfield were also frequent visitors, followed by Birmingham, Detroit and Farmington. Top page views once again were Automation Alley's Member Directory and Event Calendar.

Since its founding in 1999, Automation Alley has expanded to include more than 1,000 businesses, educational institutions and government entities from the City of Detroit and the surrounding eight county region. Automation Alley promotes regional prosperity through entrepreneurial and exporting assistance, workforce development and technology acceleration.
