Ironic that the picture shows a life ring. Although there are always lots of park rangers on ATVs around Warren State Dunes, there are NO life rings or lifeguards. Calling for the Coast Guard to come does not save lives, it only retrieves dead bodies. How about some life rings or other emergency flotation devices at Warren State Dunes or better yet, less rangers & some life guards!!
