Michigan gubernatorial candidates Rick Snyder and Virg Bernero have agreed to address two business gatherings. They’ll speak separately to the Detroit Economic Club next Thursday at the Westin Book Cadillac hotel.
On Oct. 22, they’ll be the keynote speakers at the American Arab Chamber of Commerce’s 18th Annual Building Economic Bridges Banquet in Dearborn.
Democratic Lansing Mayor Bernero and his Republican rival, Ann Arbor businessman Snyder, have agreed to only one debate. The Oct. 10 event will be hosted by The Center for Michigan and take place at Detroit Public Television.
They spoke separately Sept. 17 to the West Michigan Policy Forum sponsored by the Grand Rapids Regional Chamber of Commerce in Grand Rapids.
