Reward Offered For Missing Bank Executive

Family and friends of David Widlak are putting up a 10-thousand dollar reward in hopes of stirring up information on the whereabouts of the missing bank executive.

Widlak was last seen on surveillance video on the night of September 19th walking out the back door of Community Central Bank in Mt. Clemens where he was the Chief Executive Officer.

Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel says nothing has been ruled out.

"The lack of a motive, is our biggest challenge, there is just no clear motive here," said Sheriff Hackel.

Hackel says investigators have checked Widlak's personal cell phone records and those records show activity in the St. Clair Shores area the day he disappeared. There's been no other calls since.

Search efforts by the Macomb County Sheriff's Office near the bank and Clinton River for Widlak have turned up empty.

A 24-hour tipline at the Sheriff's Office is 586-307-9358 or you can also e-mail tips to sheriff@macombcheriff.com.
