This does not address what I have observed around Ann Arbor, where prices jumped over 30c/gal in one day, to $2.95 five or six weeks ago, then fell 1-3c/day almost every day thru Sept reaching $2.54 last Thursday AM. By Thursday afternoon it was back to $2.75 and today back to $2.85.
