The Detroit Lions ended their losing streak in a big way.

Stefan Logan’s 105-yard kickoff return broke a tie and sent the Lions to a 44-6 rout of the St. Louis Rams for their first win of the season and ended their 10-game losing streak.

The win Sunday was the Lions’ most-lopsided since beating the expansion Jacksonville Jaguars 44-0 in 1995.

Logan’s franchise-record tying score helped the Lions (1-4) outscore St. Louis 21-3 in the second quarter, and they didn’t let up.

Rout all the teams the way you did it today!!!!!!!!!

  2. Ken says:

I love the Lions and have been a fan for the better part of 30 years…but cmon…put it in perspective…it was a TERRIBLE Rams team… If we did this against the Bears, then I would actually give us more credit than beating up the Rams… Its funny listening to the interviews and the T.V. and Radio Broadcasts…nobody really knows how to report when the Lions win..everyone seems out of their element…All these veteran radio and t.v. commentators sound like rookies…

Who cares who they played? We live in Michigan and the Lions are our team — celebrate the win no matter who it was against!!!!!!

      1. Ken says:

What I am saying, is we need to play desperate like that every game…Jim needs to stop treating like this is a Colt’s team, or a Steeler team that needs a few nips and tucks…we have been rebuilding for 50 years, and need to play like we have arrived.
