Logic Solutions Hires to Multiple Leadership Positions in U.S. Offices: Ann Arbor-based Logic Solutions Inc. announced the decision to hire three senior technical leads, a project manager, and a marketing intern in their United States offices. The October hires are on the heels of the addition of technical lead Daniel Schultz in July. The tech leads and intern are based in the Ann Arbor headquarters, and the project manager is working out of the Irvine, Calif. office.  In addition, Logic expects to continue hiring in the fourth quarter. Serving as senior technical leads are George Hanosh, Zhenwei "Dave" Xie, and Mark Kordyzon. Hanosh has been in software development for more than 20 years, the last 10 as an independent contractor specializing in the delivery of business intelligence. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, with a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering. Zhenwei "Dave" Xie has worked since 1999 as an IT consultant for numerous state  agencies. Prior to consulting, Xie worked with the full Web application development life cycle, including project management and expertise in multiple database software. He holds a bachelor of science in physics from Anhui Normal University, and a master of science in finance and computer information systems from EMU. Kordyzon has a wealth of experience as both a software developer and IT director. His software expertise includes Visual Basic, SQL Server, Unix, Visual C++, Oracle, and many others. Kordyson attained his bachelor of science in computer science from Western Michigan University. Slupinski joins the Irvine office as project manager. Slupinski has more than eight years of experience in marketing and project management, as well as six years in audio engineering. He has consulted various organizations on their IT needs, SEO tactics, and Web 2.5, and has also implemented many IT solutions. Slupinski holds a master of science in business information systems from University of Applied Science, Karlsruhe, Germany. Logic Solutions also said Keeley Hamilton of Canton Township joined the marketing department as an intern. She will assist with Logic's mobile strategy and development marketing campaign, Web site redesign, and administrative tasks. Hamilton is a student at Concordia University, Ann Arbor, where she is pursuing a bachelor of arts in business administration.

Boulanger Named To MidMichigan Innovation Center Board: With growth in clients and new programs, the MidMichigan Innovation Center has added Rodney Boulanger of Midland to its board of directors.  Boulanger's broad background in energy ventures brings additional perspectives and expertise to MidMichigan Innovation Center. As a private, non-profit organization, MidMichigan Innovation Center is focused on accelerating success for entrepreneurs and start-up companies through mentoring, staff support, facilities, training, contacts and education.  MidMichigan Innovation Center provides entrepreneurs and start-up companies with a supportive, collaborative environment. Boulanger, former Midland Cogeneration Venture CEO and currently a senior consultant for them, was involved in the creation and senior management of unique energy projects such as MCV, the Great Plains Coal Gasification Venture, and building and operating power plants around the world.  He has extensive experience working with partnerships, and service on boards of directors, including Primary Energy, Chemical Bank, and other community organizations.  His experience in energy systems, strategic planning and development, personnel and finance will add depth and breadth to the MidMichigan Innovation Center board and resources.
