Bright House Networks Launches Online Racing Network

Bright House Networks sports enthusiasts will soon be able to take off with Speed2.com, a new broadband video network for racing fans of all ages and interests.

Bright House Networks has launched Speed2.com nationally and the online network will be available to all of the company's Sports Pack customers with Internet accessibility at no additional monthly charge.

"The launch of Speed2.com exemplifies our ability to integrate our robust technology to provide customers unique experiences like live and interactive TV they can watch on their PC, anytime, anywhere. This is TV on the move, and it's exciting," said Robert McCann, President, Bright House Networks Detroit Division.

Speed2.com is a new FOX Sports online video network featuring high quality motorsports programming with exclusive live races, on-demand international racing and more. Access to Speed2.com will give Sports Pack customers the ability to tune in to racing content from any Internet based connection, whether they are at home, at work or on the road.

Bright House Networks Sports Pack customers will have the ability to watch both standard and high definition content on Speed2.com, which will include popular series such as American Muscle Car, Behind the Headlights, Back in the Day with Dale Jr. and Victory by Design, in addition to more than a dozen Marquee Racing Series events.

The racing series include FIA GT1 and GT3 (World and European Championship Touring Car Racing Series); German Touring Car (DTM);   World Touring Car Championship (WTCC); Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC); British Touring Car Championship (BTCC); FIM Motocross World Championship; FIM Super Moto World Championship;   FIM Enduro World Championship; Nürburgring 24; Formula 2; F3 Euroseries; VW Scirocco Cup; and TTXGP.

Bright House Networks Sports Pack is an optional package available to customers with digital service for an additional charge. An HDTV and HD converter are required to view HD programming. Internet service is required to view SPEED2.com. To access Speed2.com coverage once available, Bright House Networks Sports Pack customers will visit www.speed2.com and follow the instructions to log in using their Bright House Networks My Services account.
