Man Pulling Up Stump Killed When Tractor Flips
The Oakland County sheriff's department says a man was using a tractor to pull out a tree stump when the tractor flipped and crushed him underneath, killing him.
The department says the accident happened Tuesday afternoon in Lyon Township.
It says the victim was the 47-year-old owner, Constantino Delsignore. He was declared dead at the scene.
An investigation continues.
