Dearborn Police say an elderly security guard, who didn’t show up at a meeting spot, has been found.
Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad tells WWJ 88-year-old Pete Severt was located in Windsor Friday morning.
A search was underway after Severt failed to appearat the pre-arranged meeting spot at midnight Thursday night where he normally meets and turns over the security vehicle to the oncoming security guard.
Severt patrols the Fairlane North parking lots located at 5851 Mercury Drive in the area of Ford Road and Southfield Freeway (Wal-Mart shopping area).
