We get asked this a lot. While not everyone can be a sales superstar there are things you can do to improve your performance to be closer to becoming one. Tracking your Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) is one of the most important things you can do to improve your performance. A Key Performance Indicator is a metric that directly  your business results ie (prospecting dials, contacts, appointments made, results, referrals asked for , etc.) and they are different for everyone. Determine what your KPI’s are and start tracking them immediately!
