Report: Lions Claim QB Zac Robinson Off Waivers
While the Lions wait to determine whether Matthew Stafford will play again this season, they added depth at quarterback today, claiming Zac Robinson off waivers from the Seahawks, according to ESPN.
Robinson, a rookie out of Oklahoma State, has not played in a game this year. The Seahawks signed him off their practice squad last week, when starter Matt Hasselbeck was out with a concussion.
Stafford separated his right shoulder for the second time this year in the Lions' overtime loss to the Jets last week. Backup Shaun Hill is recovering from a fractured left forearm, leaving Drew Stanton as the Lions' only completely healthy option for Sunday's game at Buffalo.
