One Hot Dog!

Little Stella is a star.

The animal rights group PETA is naming Stella  the Cutest Mutt Alive.  She is owned by Jamie Hood of Summerville South Carolina.  Stella edged  out nine other finalists to take the title.  She's a rescue dog and was one of about a thousand dogs entered in the contest.

Stella will get a spread in an upcoming issue of PETA's magazine.
