Adtegrity.com Reports Third Quarter Loss

Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, reported a loss of $18,974 for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, vs. net income of $86,967 in the same quarter a year earlier.

Revenue was $2.34 million, down from $3.18 million in the same quarter a year earlier.

Year to date, Adtegrity.com has posted net income of $61,852 on net revenues of $7.42 million.

“Our revenue growth began to gain momentum mid-quarter and has continued into the remainder of 2010 cementing our confidence that we’ll end the year on track,” said Adtegrity.com President and CEO Scott Brew.  “We are now actively trading across three advertising exchange platforms, resulting in an increase in efficiencies across all levels of the agency.”

Adtegrity reported serving nearly 16 billion ad impressions during the third quarter with 32.1 million click-throughs and 650,000 new customers for advertising clients.

Founded in 1999, Adtegrity.com’s primary business is the delivery of interactive advertising and marketing services. Adtegrity currently delivers billions of advertisements across thousands of top-tier Web sites each month.
