Sterling Heights-based Rave Computer announced Wednesday that it has increased its sales team with a local office in Minnesota and hired Tami Anderson as regional director of sales and business development.
Anderson will be responsible for providing Sun OEM customers assistance during the continued transition with Oracle. She will also build strategic relationships in Minnesota while supporting Rave’s national OEM sales objectives.
“Tami’s extensive background in the computer industry, OEM sales and distribution will be an asset in supporting Rave’s growth objectives in this market and region,” said Anthony Scicluna, corporate vice president of global sales. “We are excited to have her join our team and contribute to our continued focus on the OEM market.”
Anderson most recently served as inside sales manager for the systems division at Nu Horizons, a global distributor of advanced technology and telecommunication products and services. In her position, she was responsible for Sun-Oracle and IBM sales.
