Ihab Maslamani, left, and Robert "Fat Daddy" Taylor, right
Jurors will be asked to fill out a questionnaire as part of the selection process in the trial of 18-year old Robert “Fat Daddy” Taylor. Taylor is facing murder, carjacking, kidnapping and felony firearms charges related to the shooting death of Matthew Landry, who was kidnapped from an Eastpointe sub shop and shot and killed. If convicted of murder, Taylor faces life in prison.
Prosecutors allege Taylor partnered with Ihab Maslamani, who has already been convicted on similar charges. Maslamani has been sentenced to life in prison without parole.
