The season is looking brighter for the 3000 families that have already been adopted through the Adopt A Family program. 

Volunteers for America are working toward the program’s goal of 4000 families, and have just received a generous matching offer from the Subir & Malini Chowdhury Foundation.   The foundation will match the next 50 donations to Adopt A Family.

Alex Brodrick, President/CEO of Volunteers of America Michigan is excited about the momentum the offer could give the program.

 “This matching challenge couldn’t come at a better time.  With less than two weeks before Christmas, there are still thousands of families in need in our program,” he said.

A donation of $150 will support a family of four, but donations of any size are appreciated. Find out more about the program by clicking here.
