Pipe Bursts At Michigan Stadium

A water pipe burst at Michigan Stadium last Thursday, but the full extent of damage hasn't been determined. 

Ann Arbor.com reports water leaked onto the stadium's east concourse for as much as 30 minutes Thursday evening before officials were alerted to the problem. 

A pipe frozen and burst causing water to flow into the facility.  Ceiling tiles and carpet on the first floor and in a VIP area was damaged and there was electrical damage after water filled an elevator shaft, according to Ann Arbor.com. 

The flooding is not expected to affect January events scheduled at Michigan Stadium.
