5-Year-old Dies In Traffic Accident

A 5-year old boy is killed -- and two other family members are in critical condition -- following a Sunday head on collision in Bridgewater Township, in Washtenaw County.

The Sheriff's Office says the incident happened on Michigan Avenue when a family of three from Indiana was driving in a van that lost control -- and drove into an oncoming truck.

Investigators believe icy road conditions may have caused the wreck.
