Compuware, HTC Global In New Partnership
Detroit-based Compuware Corp. (Nasdaq: CPWR) Tuesday announced a new partnership with Troy-based HTC Global Services Inc. to provide application performance management technology to customers worldwide.
HTC customers will benefit from Compuware's enterprise to Internet APM solution through HTC's systems integration and product implementation services.

HTC will deploy Compuware's APM software to give customers quicker identification, analysis and resolution of availability and performance issues in HTC's application development and maintenance and application service management engagements through 24x7 end-user experience monitoring. HTC will also use the expertise in its ERP and ECM Centers of Excellence with Compuware solutions to perform transaction triage and provide a business view into the performance of enterprise applications such as SAP and FileNet.
