DTE Energy Offers Free Energy Efficiency Webinars for Mid-Sized Companies: DTE Energy will be conducting free energy efficiency Webinars throughout 2011 to help mid-sized businesses learn how to save money on their utility bills. The Webinars have been developed for business customers whose annual energy bill is $150,000 or less.  They'll cover a variety of subjects, including: rebates and incentives available for energy efficiency measures; the best lighting options for various business needs; using green technology to reduce energy costs; and much more. The free hour-long Webinars will be held the third Thursday of each month beginning Jan. 20. Michigan Israel Business Bridge To Talk Biz Incubators: The Michigan Israel Business Bridge will be hosting "Accelerating Development in 2011" featuring Steve Cassin, executive director for Macomb County Planning and Economic Development, and special guest Mark Hackel, newly elected Macomb County executive. The event will take place Tuesday, Jan. 18, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Macomb-Oakland University INCubator, located at 6633 18 Mile Road in Sterling Heights. Cassin will share strategic plans to accelerate economic development in Macomb, along with MIBB's interest in working with companies based in Israel. Cassin will also discuss the goals of Macomb-OU INCubator, which focuses on business incubation, a support process that accelerates the successful development of start-up companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted business development and capital investment resources and services.
