Father, Son Dead; Mom Clinging To Life

A Rochester Hills woman clings to life and her husband and son are both dead after the son apparently stabbed both of his parents Saturday night.

Oakland County undersheriff Mike McCabe says it happened at North Ridge Apartments on Avon Road and neighbors called police when they heard a commotion.

McCabe said, "They heard moaning and groaning from inside the apartment. They entered the apartment, found the father, 74- year-old father, dying."

Deputies found the son wielding a knife in the kitchen and McCabe says the deputy shot and killed him when he didn't drop the knife.

He is identified as 40-year-old Holden Wong.  His father, also killed, was 74-year-old Kwong Wong .  Sixty-eight year-old Mi Mi Wong is hospitalized in critical condition .

"In talking to another family member, it would appear that the deceased had a car accident many years ago and suffered a brain injury.  He's been living with his parents, again he's 40-years old. He'd not been able to work and it appears maybe this was a contributing factor in that his thought process may not have been , obviously, 100 percent." McCabe said.

Deputies called to the Northridge Apartments discovered the couple lying on the floor.

Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Northridge apartment complex in Rochester Hills, Saturday evening, after receiving a complaint of a woman being dragged into her apartment. Deputies arrived to find the couple lying on the floor bleeding.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is still investigating.
