Several Communities Issue Snow Emergencies
The following communities have issued snow emergencies:
Madison Heights
Dearborn Heights
Flat Rock
Garden City
Romulus
Southgate
A "snow emergency" means you cannot park your vehicle on city streets in order to allow snow plows to clear the streets of snow.
Meantime, some freeways and streets are relatively clear following about 4 inches of snowfall, but others look like they haven't been touched. (More on this).
