Local Students Make Big Donation To Nehasil Family Fund

LIVONIA (WWJ) Some young Livonia students collected money Friday to help the Nehasil family. 

Students at Riley Upper Elementary could wear a hat to class if they made a donation.  At the end of the day, the school collected 1500- dollars.

In addition, donations are being accepted for the Larry Nehasil Memorial Fund, to assist the family of the officer who was killed in the line of duty on Monday.

Contributions may be made in person at any Huntington National Bank or mailed to the Livonia Police Department, 15050 Farmington Road, Livonia MI 48154.  

Make checks payable to the Larry Nehasil Memorial Fund.
