Nugent Escapes Gaming Law Violations

DETROIT (WWJ) Fire up the bow, Ted Nugent, it’s okay to hunt in South Dakota, but not in California.

The rocker and ex-Michiganian will not face game law violations for shooting pheasants in South Dakota last fall after losing some of his hunting privileges in the Golden State.

Both states are part of a compact in which they can honor each other’s license revocations. Nugent’s deer hunting privileges have been revoked in California.
