Man Flees St. Clair Courthouse After Sentencing

PORT HURON (AP) – Police are looking for a man who bolted from the St. Clair County courthouse after being sentenced on a domestic violence charge.

Officers say 18-year-old Mitchell Petoskey of Port Huron escaped Monday morning following the court hearing.

He is 5-foot-11 and weighs 170 pounds.

Capt. Jeff Baker says Petoskey last was seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

Police are still searching for the missing man, if you have any information call local police or 9-1-1.
