Delta Airlines Cancels Hundreds Of Flights

The snow storm has led Delta Airlines to cancel 625 flights system-wide and  issue weather waivers.

Passengers traveling to, from or through airports that are affected by the weather have the option of making one-time changes to their travel schedules without fees.

The weather waiver encourages travelers to consider changing their travel plans to avoid possible inconveniences from expected flight cancellations and delays.

Delta says its customers who are booked on flights through Friday, February 4th, are eligible to take advantage of the waiver. Travelers may rebook from the same origin and to the same destination before or after their original travel dates as long as new flights are ticketed and rescheduled with travel beginning by Feb. 8, 2011.

The waiver applies to airports in the following states:

Connecticut
Illinois
Indiana
Iowa
Kansas
Maine
Massachusetts
Michigan
Missouri
New York
Nebraska
New Hampshire
New Jersey
Ohio
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Vermont
West Virginia
Wisconsin
