Cities Declare Snow Emergencies

Several Southeast Michigan cities have declared snow emergencies, meaning people have to keep their cars and trucks off city streets. 

These are in effect Wednesday:

Birmingham
Bloomfield Twp.
Brownstown Township
Canton
Center Line
Dearborn Heights
Eastpointe
Ferndale
Flat Rock
Fraser
Grosse Pointe Farms
Hazel Park
Huntington Woods
Inkster
Lincoln Park
Livonia
Madison Heights
Marine City
Mt. Clemens
Monroe
Oak Park
Redford Township
Rochester Hills
Rockwood
Royal Oak
Shelby Township
St. Clair Shores
Troy
Southgate
Warren
Woodhaven

In Livonia, officials they have been handing out tickets left and right to people parked in the street.
