DETROIT (WWJ) – Filmmaker and Michigan native Michael Moore says that rich people’s money is a national resource to be used by everyone.

Moore made this comment in an interview with Laura Flanders on “GRIT-TV,” saying it’s wrong for the super-wealthy to use their money for themselves.

“What’s happened is that we’ve allowed the vast majority
of that cash to be concentrated in the hands of just a few people, and they’re not circulating that cash. They’re sitting on the money,” says Moore. “That’s not theirs, that’s a national resource, that’s ours. We all have this… we all benefit from this or we all suffer as a result of not having it.”

Moore went on to say that jobs are collectively owned by America and shouldn’t be “stolen” and taken to other countries.

“I think we need to go back to taxing these people at the proper rates. They need to… we need to see these jobs as something we some, that we collectively own as Americans and you can’t just steal our jobs and take them someplace else,” Moore concluded.

[…] noted here and here, the loathsome Michael Moore earlier this week came out as a complete maniacal commie […]

Communism is the religion of thieves. If you have something that a communist doesn’t have, the communist will claim you stole it and will go to great lengths to take what you have. Left-wingers believe that “the people” (the government) owns everything you have and that the money the government doesn’t take away in taxes is your allowance to spend as you will. Most left-wingers think Americans aren’t taxed enough and waste the “people’s” money.
Michael Moore is rich. I guaranttee he won’t “equally distribute” all of his wealth to those less fortunate as he is. He believes YOUR property and wealth belongs to everyone else. He’ll sit on his riches and point fingers at everyone else.

So if Mr. Moore thinks the money needs to be redistributed/shared with those that have not worked and earned it how about if we start with the overpaid, super rich hollywood actors and directors. Perhaps Mr. Moore would like to put his money where is big mouth is, gather all his super rich friends and start passing their cash around.

FYI….lefty liberals do not ALL think that the government owns everything or should own everything. That is absurd. Economically speaking, redistirbution is a necessary part of a capitalist society, for the exact reason Michael states. Laissez faire doesn’t work….The gap btw the rich and poor is widening. If too much money is in the hands of just a few, we see what is going on in our country today, but it will only get worse. Corporations in the back pockets of policy…of government…. this has NOTHING to do with communism. Love how it always comes to that. Just do a little research in why we have welfare….why we have redistribution. Read about Adam Smith, Keynes, marx….the founders and forefathers of our capitalist society and economic models. Everyone wants to put the fatalist spin when in realty, the only people taking away our rights as citizens is the Republican party….right to collectively bargain, the right to CHOOSE, many things, but the right to bear arms! (which Liberals are not necessarily against either) WAKE UP! You don’t think Michael gives his money away?? he does. Google it. You don’t think actors in Hollywood give their money away? he is not talking about redistribution to people who don;t work either. Most people on “welfare” are the working poor….single moms. While your doing research, look up The Depression, when all this basically started. When laissez faire ended….and the recent economic meltdown is another PRIME example.
