MILFORD (WWJ) – Police say a school bus and a car collided Monday morning in northern Oakland County.  The accident happened on Milford Road, south of Davisburg Road.

The driver and two special education students riding on the bus are said to be okay.

However. Holly Schools Superintendent Kent Barnes tells WWJ Newsradio 950 EMT workers were trying to extricate the driver of the car from her vehicle.

“The car, evidentially, went under the bus and the driver of the vehicle was trapped beneath the steering wheel,” Barnes said.

Stay with WWJ for more on this developing story as details become available.
