DETROIT (WWJ) - If it’s Fat Tuesday, it’s also Paczki Day in Michigan. And with more than a dozen flavors of the tasty Polish delights, everyone has their own favorite. 

Such is the case for the “Paczki Man”, Jim Hanczaruk of Clinton Township.  And yes, he has his own favorite.

“Oh man, it’s got to be the prune, I know a lot of people are cringing but the prune is the best, it’s just natural,” says Hanczaruk.

Jim says the best place to get Paczkis is at the Donut Castle, on 13 Mile near Hoover.  Jim says he’s been going there for more than two decades.
