SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) The owner of a Mt. Clemens market has been charged with receiving and concealing stolen property.

Deputies from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Department Enforcement Team arrested four people Monday, including Hani Louka, the owner of Joe’s Market on Crocker Boulevard after receiving information that the store was reselling baby formula, wine, cigarettes, razor blades and other items stolen from local Kroger, Meijer and CVS stores.
