–G Richard Hamilton on Saturday made his first start since Dec. 17 against Denver. Hamilton replaced Ben Gordon in the lineup after back-to-back 20-point games off the bench. He had 15 points in 23 minutes, while Gordon had 13, all before halftime.
–G Rodney Stuckey returned to the lineup at point guard after coming off the bench the previous two games. Tracy McGrady shifted to small forward while Tayshaun Prince moved to power forward. Stuckey was ineffective, going scoreless in 24 minutes, but the changes allowed Will Bynum to regain a role as the backup point guard. Bynum had a season-high 10 assists.
–C Chris Wilcox has his best offensive night this season in Denver, despite losing his starting job. He scored a season-high 21 points, taking advantage of the quick pace to duck to the basket for dunks and short jumpers. Wilcox’s reserve role pushed Jason Maxiell out of the rotation.
–F Jonas Jerebko (partial right Achilles tear) underwent surgery Oct. 8. He could return during the last few games of the season.
