DETROIT (WWJ) – An eclectic mix of performers come to Metro Detroit for a week-long musical celebration. The Jewish Community Center presents the seventh annual Stephen Gottlieb Music Festival — beginning Wednesday, March 23 through April 3.
Linda Lee is the co-chair of the Music Fest.
“This is truly a celebration of Jewish music and Jewish musical entertainers. We begin with the opening night with Marvin Hamlish on Wednesday and he will be also opening our new Berman Center for the Preforming Arts, and we have a children’s program with Mark Bloom on Sunday for all ages,” says Lee.
All proceeds from the concert benefit the Jewish Community Center’s Arts, Culture & Education Department.
