Pistons Report: Notes, Quotes

--Detroit's loss to Atlanta Sunday was the 100th since John Kuester became head coach before last season. Kuester's winning percentage of 34.2 is the fifth lowest among Pistons head coaches who have coached more than two games. The bottom four include Richie Adubato (1979-80, 17.1 percent), Charles Wolf (1963-65, 27.4), Earl Lloyd (1971-73, 28.6) and Don Chaney (1993-95, 29.7).

--Heat forward LeBron James will try to extend his personal 14-game winning streak against Detroit Wednesday. He won 11 consecutive regular and postseason games against the Pistons his last two seasons with Cleveland. The Heat can complete a four-game sweep of the season series with a victory. James averaged 24.3 ppg in the first three meetings.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"We did a good job in a lot of key areas tonight, but it wasn't enough to pull out a win. Atlanta is a good team, and they made some plays down the stretch that made it hard for us to overcome their lead." -- F/C Greg Monroe, after the Pistons' loss to Atlanta Sunday.
