WebTV Shows Looking To Hire Local Talent

DETROIT (WWJ) - The producers of two web TV shows being filmed in Detroit are looking for up and comers who want a paid role on the Internet.

Audrina Patridge, from MTV's "The Hills" and ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," is looking for real people and actors to play her assistant for the show titled "Dream Maker." The series will follow Patridge as she moves to Detroit and starts a talent firm.

Meanwhile, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of "The Jersey Shore" is also looking for talent for his web series. "Random Talent" is a spoof of TV talent shows.

Entries to be on Patridge's show will be accepted through the week of April 3. Winners will be chosen on May 1.

Entries for The Situation's series will be accepted through the week of May 1. Winners will be chosen on May 29.
