Man In Custody After Shooting At Deputies

ST. CLAIR COUNTY (WWJ) – A 62-year-old man is in custody after officials say he fired at least two shots at St. Clair County Sheriff Deputies and barricaded himself in a shed for several hours Saturday night.

Officials say deputies went to a home on Graham Road in Grant Township after they received a call regarding a domestic disturbance from the man’s girlfriend.

That’s when the man allegedly grabbed a gun and fire shots, before barricading himself.

He is expected to be arraigned Monday on multiple charges.
