The Red Wings look to broom out the Coyotes tonight and advance to round 2 of the NHL playoffs. Henrik Zetterberg did skate yesterday and will find out later today if he is available for tonight.
Lions still basking in the glow of getting their first Monday Night Football game since 2001 when they host Chicago October 10th, will the season be played though?
Rick Porcello on the mound for the Tigers this afternoon, the rubber game of their 3 game set with Seattle. Ryan Raburn plays second base again today and hits second. Lefty Eric Bedard goes for the Mariners. Tigers did outright Enrique Gonzales' contract to Toledo to make room for Ryan Perry.
