Prayers For Ailing 'Focus:HOPE' Co-Founder Josaitis

DETROIT (WWJ) - Kind words are going out to the beloved Focus: HOPE Co-founder Eleanor Josaitis.

Cathy Moran with Focus: HOPE said Josaitis is having some challenges and is currently in an assisted living facility after having  partial hip replacement surgery.

Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano is among those wishing Josaitis a speedy recovery and has only good things to say about her.

"She's part of the, not only the brain that helps think of great opportunities, but she's part of the heart and passion of the community as well. She is a great lady. You know, my heart and prayers are always with her," Fianco said.

A special page  has been set up on Facebook devoted to Josaitis, where many people have shown words of encouragement.
